The story

I have been a licensed Idaho real estate agent for 12 years and have sold more than 500 homes. I grew up in a farm and ranch family in East Idaho, and I still live on a farm east of Idaho Falls today.
Land has been the center of my working life too. My family started the Quail Ridge subdivision in Idaho Falls, where I did the platting and marketing. I later worked for a local developer on Blackhawk, The Villas, The Cottages, and Iron Rim Ranch, so I have seen projects go from raw ground to finished neighborhoods.
That background matters when you are moving to Eastern Idaho for land. Rural property is not just square footage: it is water and soil, irrigation and wells, fences and winter access. I understand those details from the ground up, and I have the local relationships to verify them before you commit.
